Our holiday apartment offers more than just a holiday

Family-owned for many years, it has grown with the needs and experiences that life brings. It's not a place of luxury, but a place to breathe, recharge, and feel good – ideal for different phases of life, flexible, down-to-earth, and cozy. This is exactly the feeling we want to share.

The apartment, spanning approximately 51 square meters, offers a bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's room with a bunk bed, play area, and desk, as well as an open-plan kitchen/living room with a dining table. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, radio, and a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer, toaster – and even a waffle iron for cozy afternoons on the balcony. The kitchen also provides all the essentials for a smooth start: spices, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, dish soap, and coffee filters – feel free to use what you need and replenish anything you're missing.

The living and dining areas were modernized in 2024, and the kitchen was renovated in 2025. At the end of 2025, we're redesigning the children's room – with more space to play and an area suitable for remote work. Jogging by the sea in the morning, working diligently during the day, and strolling barefoot on the beach in the evening: anything is possible – with reliable Wi-Fi and enough space for both.

Only 300 meters to the baltic sea

Prime location with sea views – close to the beach and centrally located. The beach is just 300 meters away – perfect for swimming, building sandcastles, or cycling along the Baltic coast. A scenic walking path towards the cliffs starts right behind the holiday park. The center of Heiligenhafen, with its cafés, small shops, and famous fish sandwich stalls, is also within walking distance – best enjoyed via the beautiful seaside promenade.

Holiday Park Heiligenhafen offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for: a swimming pool, a small sauna village, several playgrounds, an indoor pirate-themed play hall with bouncy castles, two bakeries, two ice cream parlors, several restaurants, a laundromat, two bicycle rental shops, a mini golf course, a large kite-flying meadow, and much more.

A beautiful hiking trail leads to the cliffs. The adventure pier and the town center of Heiligenhafen are also within walking distance. You’ll find plenty of benches throughout Heiligenhafen to sit down and relax. Bus stops are located right next to the holiday park – and all buses in Heiligenhafen are currently free of charge.

For cyclists & nature lovers

The surrounding area is flat and the paths are well maintained – ideal for walks, hikes, or long bike tours. Bicycle parking is available both in front of and behind the building, and a bike rental shop is located right next door. Jogging along the lake, surfing, kitesurfing, or a visit to the fitness studio in the holiday park – active travelers will find plenty to enjoy.

Heiligenhafen – maritime, charming and special

In 2024, Heiligenhafen was voted one of the top three most popular small-town holiday destinations in Germany. And it’s no surprise: a charming old town with boutiques and cafés, a modern promenade with sweeping sea views, fresh fish straight from the boat, colorful houses on the Graswader peninsula, live music evenings at the harbor, and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The adventure pier with its swing above the water is another highlight. There’s always something going on here – yet still plenty of space for nature and quiet escapes from everyday life.

 Arrival by car: The A1 motorway leads directly to Heiligenhafen. Take exit 6 – Heiligenhafen-Mitte; from there it's just a few minutes. You can park directly in front of the house for unloading. For longer stays, you can use the large parking lot. Our tip: A luggage trolley is available under the bed – feel free to use it; it makes carrying your luggage much easier. Arrival by FlixBus or public transport: FlixBus, for example, runs directly from Hamburg Central Bus Station (ZOB) to Heiligenhafen Wilhelmsplatz. From there, you can take a taxi, a city bus, or – depending on your luggage and fitness level – even walk to the accommodation. Alternatively: For some connections, it's worth taking the train to Oldenburg (Holstein). From there, buses run regularly to Heiligenhafen, for example, to the "Ortmühle" stop. Our tip: The city bus in Heiligenhafen is currently free if you can show an OstseeCard.

In Heiligenhafen, there's a mandatory visitor's tax – the so-called Baltic Sea Card. It's required for all guests and offers many benefits: for example, free beach access, discounts in Lübeck Bay, and much more. The visitor's tax is not included in the booking price and will be billed separately. Before your holiday, you'll receive an email from us with the payment request and then a link to register your Baltic Sea Card, so you can conveniently use it digitally.
